Originally developed for the Airforce’s F117a Stealth fighter aircraft to remove hydraulic fluid and hydrocarbon buildup (brake dust) on the landing gear systems without damaging the underlying surface’s such as aluminum, rubber and paint explains Mr. Bowman, President & Operating Director for Chemforce Ltd., North America.

While developing Ultra Max Plus we followed a very strict criteria of qualifications that the cleaner would have to meet. One being that it needed to be organic, water based, carry very low VOC’s (volatile organic compounds) and caustic free.

Ultra Max Plus is all that and more! We began testing with Soy bean based solvents and Corn ethanol's to replace the ethylene glycol butyl ethers (common petroleum based degreasing agents found in most other cleaners that aren’t E.P.A. approved under the Clean Air & Water Act). After meeting this stringent criteria, we increased the concentration levels and found that not only is Ultra Max Plus a great cleaner but it’s Brushless in most cases. Being water based and water activated, “Simply Spray on and Rinse Off” It’s that simple.

Ultra Max Plus works on a molecular level by fully encapsulating the foreign matter to be removed. When activated by adding (water) from a pressure washer or garden hose, the encapsulated material absorbs the water and thus releases the electromagnetic bond between the surface and foreign matter making Ultra Max Plus a brushless cleaner/degreaser.

We found that Ultra Max Plus works great at removing organic materials like grass stains dirt, soil, clay, grease, oil, hydraulic fluid, brake dust, exhaust deposits, glue resins and bug debri from most surfaces.
